APPROACH

Our process is simple, but effective. We have over 50 years of experience to know that it works.

The first step is the consultation interview. During the interview, we ask you a set of specific questions designed to help both of us clarify and communicate what needs to be done.

The second step is the quote. In the quote, we provide specific details about the job, how it will be done, what we will do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost.

The third step is the pre-build kickoff. We sit down with you and review all the details of approved quote as a quality check to make sure nothing was missed.

The fourth step is to do the work. During this step, we will be in daily or weekly contact, checking in and reporting progress. 

 

The last step is post work review. In the final walk-through, we discuss any areas where we can improve or what else you might want to do.

David Jones - Owner

Son of the Founder

David grew up in the construction business. He has worked with the company with his father starting in the late 1980's.  He has over 30 years experience in the area, and he has led the company through many construction booms and busts.

Jared Jones - VP 

MBA 

Jared decided to join the family business after several years working in the public sector. Jared has his MBA from the University of Michigan. He was working in New York and wanted to come back home to Detroit. His business acumen is a true asset to the business.

Stephen Jones

Jr. Architect

Steven is David's grandson. He completed is degree in architecture from Ohio State University. His main focus is residential so the family business was the perfect fit. Steven focus on custom home design and remodeling projects.

Donovan Rodriguez

Director of Client Relations

Donovan is the director of client relations. Donovan or a member of his team will be the first point of contact for many clients. He and his team have a wonderful, customer-centered approach. He has over 20 years of experience so you can trust he knows how things work.
